Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, “satu8”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator or provider responsible for the satu8 platform. “User”, “player”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits or uses satu8. “Account” means a registered user profile. “Services” includes website content, casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, promotions, payments and account features offered through satu8.

“Bonus” includes promotional credit, free play, cashback, referral rewards and similar benefits. “Payment method” includes bank transfers, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, cryptocurrency and any other option displayed by satu8. “KYC” means identity, age, address, source-of-funds or payment ownership checks undertaken for security and compliance purposes.

Account Eligibility

You may use gambling-related satu8 services only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not register or participate if gambling is unlawful where you are located, if you are subject to self-exclusion, or if a court, employer, sporting body or other lawful authority prohibits your participation.

• You must register only for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You may hold only the number of accounts expressly permitted by satu8, normally one personal account.
• You must not access satu8 from a restricted location or attempt to conceal your actual location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close associate prohibited from participating in a relevant event or market.

Registration and Account Security

Registration details provided to satu8 must be accurate, complete and current. Your legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number and payment information must belong to you. You must update relevant details promptly when they change. satu8 may reject a registration where information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, device access and verification codes secure. Do not share account credentials with family members, friends or third parties. Any activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorised by you unless satu8 determines that verified unauthorised access occurred.

Notify satu8 promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission. satu8 may temporarily restrict access while investigating. You must not sell, transfer, lend or otherwise permit another person to control your account.

Acceptable Use

Users must access satu8 lawfully, honestly and only for personal entertainment. You must not interfere with platform operation, security controls, game systems, odds feeds or transaction processes. Automated scripts, bots, scrapers and tools intended to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited unless satu8 gives express written permission.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• fraud, collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation or exploitation of technical errors;
• using stolen funds, third-party payment details or accounts obtained without permission;
• opening duplicate accounts to claim a bonus more than once;
• harassing support personnel or submitting knowingly false information;
• attempting to reverse a legitimate payment after using the credited funds; and
• using satu8 for money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.

satu8 may investigate suspected misuse, void affected transactions where permitted, withhold funds connected to unlawful conduct and provide information to competent authorities when legally required.

Deposits, Payments and Withdrawals

Payment options and limits shown by satu8 may vary by account, method and verification status. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and supported digital assets. Availability is not guaranteed for every user or at every time.

Deposits must be made from a payment method you are authorised to use. A satu8 account is not a bank account, and deposited funds do not earn interest. You should deposit only an amount that you can afford to lose. Bank maintenance, e-wallet reviews, network congestion and incorrect payment references may delay crediting.

Withdrawal requests are subject to available cash balance, minimum and maximum limits, completed KYC checks, satisfied wagering requirements and verification of recipient details. satu8 may return funds through the original deposit route where reasonably possible. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions offered by satu8 are governed by these terms and any promotion-specific conditions. Eligibility may depend on age, location, account status, deposit method, minimum deposit, selected game, VIP level or previous promotional participation. satu8 may limit a promotion to one qualifying person, household, device, payment method or network where stated.

Bonus terms may include wagering requirements, maximum bets, game contribution percentages, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. For example, an X10 wagering requirement applied to a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in eligible wagers before associated funds may become withdrawable. A bet becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by satu8. Users must review the stake, odds, market, selection and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a bet cannot normally be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind or misunderstands the selected market.

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football, are settled using the published market rules and recognised event information available to satu8.

satu8 may void or correct a transaction affected by an obvious price, display, settlement or technical error. Postponed, abandoned or rescheduled events will be handled under the applicable sports rules. Users should retain transaction references and review settled bets promptly.

Identity Verification and Compliance

satu8 may request documents or information to confirm identity, age, address, payment ownership, source of funds or source of wealth. Requested records may include identification, proof of address, bank information or evidence relating to a particular transaction. Documents must be genuine, clear and current.

Account features or withdrawals may be restricted while checks remain incomplete. Failure to provide reasonable verification, submission of altered documents or material inconsistency between account and payment details may lead to suspension or closure. satu8 may also review unusual transaction patterns and apply enhanced checks where appropriate.

Verification does not transfer legal responsibility from the user. Each Malaysian user remains responsible for understanding the local legal position and ensuring that participation is permitted.

Responsible Gambling

Users should set affordable deposit, loss and time limits before playing. Money needed for rent, food, bills, education, healthcare or family commitments must never be used for gambling.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure, subject to settlement of outstanding transactions and any legal retention duties. satu8 may suspend, restrict or close an account where these Terms & Conditions are breached, verification is not completed, fraud is suspected, responsible gambling intervention is appropriate or continued service would create legal or security risk.

Where reasonably possible and lawful, satu8 will review the available legitimate balance after closure. Funds linked to fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct or a material rules breach may be withheld, returned to the original source or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable obligations.

Closure does not remove rights or liabilities that arose before the closure date. Clauses concerning payments, intellectual property, liability, investigations and dispute handling continue where their nature requires survival.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

satu8 aims to provide a stable mobile-first service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, device compatibility, banking systems, power interruptions, third-party suppliers and events outside reasonable control may affect access or processing.

Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection and sufficient understanding of the selected game or market. satu8 is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s incorrect entry, shared credentials, insecure device, failure to review a bet or use of an unsupported payment route.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, satu8 excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability resulting from fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

Intellectual Property

The satu8 name, website design, original text, graphics, interfaces and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to satu8 grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the platform for lawful private purposes.

Users must not copy, republish, modify, sell, frame, reverse engineer or commercially exploit satu8 material without prior permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use. Third-party game or payment materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

satu8 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal developments, security requirements, product changes or improvements to user protection. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published.
